Every manufacturer profile, product description, and article published on Gemalli is held to a consistent standard of accuracy. We verify company registrations against official Ukrainian registries, cross-check certification documents before they appear on published profiles, and attribute all factual claims to traceable sources. Our editorial process exists to give international buyers confidence that what they read on Gemalli reflects verified, up-to-date information about real Ukrainian producers.

Manufacturer profiles are verified through Gemalli's invite-only onboarding process, which includes confirmation of company registration details (EDRPOU or VAT number) against the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of Ukraine. Product claims — including certifications such as ISO 9001, FSC, CE, and organic designations — are validated against documentation provided by the manufacturer during onboarding. We do not publish certification badges without sight of the underlying documentation. Third-party certifications declared post-onboarding are subject to the same review before being displayed publicly.

When blog articles or content pieces cite external data — market statistics, export figures, regulatory frameworks, or industry benchmarks — the source is identified inline or in a footnote. Links to primary sources (official EU trade databases, Ukrainian government registries, certification bodies) are included where available. Manufacturers maintain their own per-locale copy through the dashboard.

We are committed to correcting factual errors promptly. If a manufacturer profile, product listing, or article contains inaccurate information, we aim to investigate and update the relevant content within two business days of a verified report. Material corrections to published content are noted with a correction date where editorially appropriate. Bylined content published on the Gemalli blog is written by identified authors with verifiable professional backgrounds. Each author bio includes their area of expertise, relevant professional history, and links to prior publications where available. Guest contributors are required to disclose any material conflicts of interest relevant to the topics they cover. Gemalli does not accept sponsored content under editorial bylines. Promotional content, where published, is clearly marked as such.
