How Gemalli works
Gemalli is an RFQ-based marketplace — there is no cart, no checkout, no commission. Buyers send Requests for Quotation to verified Ukrainian manufacturers, who reply directly through in-platform chat. Every transaction is negotiated between the two parties.
For buyers
Sourcing in four steps
Browsing, contacting, and negotiating with manufacturers is free — no buyer registration required to start.

Find a manufacturer or product
Search by category, region, or keyword. Every published manufacturer is verified against Ukraine's Unified State Register (ЄДРПОУ), so the directory is a list of real, operating companies — not aggregator leads.

Send a Request for Quotation
Complete a short RFQ form — quantity, delivery Incoterms, target price, required certifications. Your request goes to the manufacturer by email and into their Gemalli dashboard in seconds.

Negotiate directly in chat
Manufacturers typically respond within 24–48 hours. Negotiate price, lead time, samples, and terms in the in-platform chat thread — no middlemen, no commission.

Close the deal off-platform
When you're ready, the manufacturer issues a proforma invoice and ships under the Incoterms you agreed. Gemalli does not handle payments, logistics, or escrow — that's between you and the manufacturer.

From application to first RFQ in 3–7 days
Onboarding is invite-only and free. We verify every applicant before publication.

Apply
Submit your company details — EDRPOU code, contact, primary export markets, certifications. The application form is short; the review is rigorous.

Verify
We check your registration against the Unified State Register, hold a short video call to confirm production capacity, and review supporting documents for any third-party certifications you list.

Publish
Your profile goes live with your tagline, products, certifications, and contact form. You manage everything from a Gemalli dashboard — products, posts, RFQs, analytics.

Receive RFQs
Buyer enquiries arrive by email and in your dashboard. The Starter plan includes up to 50 RFQs per month for free. Negotiate, close the deal, and Gemalli takes zero commission.
