B2B marketplace for verified Ukrainian manufacturers

Built by Lux-Promo, a Ukrainian digital-commerce operator headquartered in Ukraine, Gemalli launched in 2024 to solve a specific problem: Ukraine has world-class manufacturing capacity across furniture, agro-processing, metals, textiles, and precision engineering — yet connecting these producers with international buyers has always been slow and fragmented. Primary buyer regions include the European Union (all 27 member states), United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, with secondary reach into Norway, Switzerland, Israel, and Australia.

Gemalli is not a checkout marketplace. There is no cart, no consumer pricing, and no retail fulfilment. Every transaction begins with a Request for Quotation (RFQ) sent to the manufacturer, followed by direct negotiation through in-platform chat. All published manufacturers are verified under Gemalli's onboarding process. Ukrainian-origin goods exported to the EU qualify for duty-free tariff treatment under the EU–Ukraine Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) agreement, conditional on rules-of-origin compliance.

Gemalli is developed by Lux-Promo, a product team based in Ukraine with deep roots in B2B trade and export logistics. Our founders have first-hand experience negotiating cross-border deals and understand exactly where the friction is.
